1. Service Description
   We provide Magento 2 development services, including but not limited to custom development, theme creation, module development, maintenance, and support for Magento 2 e-commerce platforms.

   Fees: Fees for our services will be as set out in the quotation provided to you or otherwise communicated. All fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

   You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers, and forum members. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of our business.

   
   

6. Limitation of Liability

   In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

   
   

7. Indemnity
